All participants must abide by the spirit and rules of the Parade and follow the stewards’ instructions at all times.
All formal groups must register beforehand or they may not be permitted to participate.
The parade is non-political, non-military and collecting or canvassing are not permitted.

Timetable

11.45    Safety Briefing for one representative from each Group please: room 100, City Hall (adjacent to Muster Point)
11.30 – Muster – enjoy the atmoshpere, find your Muster Point in the line up in King Edward V11 Avenue
12.05 – Check that all your Group are in their places at your Muster Point with your Group steward(s)
12.10 – Greetings, speeches, etc warm up your flag waving arm!
12.30 – Parade begins to walk, in turn, from the front.
