Why in Cardiff?

Cardiff is Wales's capital and its largest city. What more appropriate location for a large celebratory parade? An event of this sort will provide a tremendous economic boost to the city, by encouraging an ever increasing number of visitors to come and enjoy what it has to offer. Other towns and cities may well take the initiative and organize similar events of their own.
